Your new role

As part of the Strategy & Enablement team, the Senior Consultant, Operations & Engagement is responsible for delivering effective operations and people engagement activities.  This is achieved by applying a deep understanding of the operational requirements of the Firm and the portfolio, working to build engagement and capability across ISV and working in close collaboration with the Finance, PPC, Risk Management and other enabling functions in the firm.

Your opportunity:

  • Manage all business operations and internal processes across ISV including period and EOFY operational activities
  • Maintain operating rhythm and build capability around internal processes
  • Act as co-ordinator and liaison point for all training, resourcing, and recruitment across ISV
  • Work with operations team members, PAs, coordinators to sense check matters, ensuring consistency between ISV teams
  • Proactively identify items for communication across ISV including new material for inclusion in ISV messaging
  • Manage staff surveys including regular pulse surveys and outputs/action plan of annual staff engagement survey
  • Coordinate and support ISV forums for connection
  • Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of adhoc projects related to operations or people engagement and capability
  • Provide back up support to the Associate Director Business Enablement for production of key ISV collateral

How are you Extraordinary?

  • 3-5 years experience working in operations and/or business administration
  • A Commerce/Human Resource degree or similar is desirable
  • Strong understanding of people processes across full lifecycle
  • Confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Ability to manage multiple different tasks and projects through to completion
  • Ability to take the initiative, forward plan and find pragmatic solutions
  • Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 especially Word and PPT
