Our People & Change Advisors work with organisations to provide solutions and advice that hit the core of any organisation – People. We provide support and guidance on Business Transformation, Change Management, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning, Cultural Transformation, Corporate Affairs, Stakeholder Engagement, Leadership Capability Development, HR Optimisation and Workplace Relations.
We are currently seeking an Associate Director to join our People & Change team in Sydney. This role will focus on Organisational Design within the wider transformational change setting. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of different opportunities and projects; utilising your knowledge and experience to lead or support Organisational Design.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- Gained experience in internal or external consulting roles with a focus on Organisational design and operating model change
- Proven ability to lead or support high level organisational design processes and/or ability to deliver detailed organisational design through to implementation
- Understanding of how data and analytics can support organisational design
- Understanding of the implementation aspects of organisational design is a plus
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including facilitation experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent problem solving ability
